Hi all you Arx fans out there! I finally colleted some codes and cheats in Arx Fatalis, and I am sharing my knowledge with you. First of all, this video does not contain all the codes( because the ones I did not include suck ) and all the spells and stuff are collected in a document: RPGDot’s official Arx guide( to download it directly use this link: users.atw.hu ). So you’ll find completely everithing about Arx in this document. Ok, now about the video… The 3 parts of the video: 1) A nice bug with chickens 2) Magic codes, cheats drawn by spells 3) The only cheat in Arx( the bone and the chair stuff) So first of all, try it on any chickens, keep double clicking on them, until they explode into a roast chicken.:) ( useful for the people who doesn’t want to spoil a fireball at a chicken ) Secondly here are the spells as shown: MAX – Maxes out our character, gives a boost to our skills, plus we gain all the runes. SOS – Reveals the entire map – all levels. POM – Gives us a powerful sword – could recieve it from lord Inut SAM – Gives us a deadly bow – this would be the other weapon from lord Inut( the code for it is not SAM SAM, it’s only SAM, first time the code was not written perfectly, so I had to draw it again ) Stair Icon * 3 – passwall code, draw this to activate/disable passwall SDSD – Super deformed, every character has big head( can be turned off ) RAF – ‘Raf mode’, boost up speed permanately!( cannot be turned off ) PLPL – A little graphic effect, messes up the …

Just wondering, if I play this game with the latest patch, the magic will kinda be a bit easier to cast right??

@Flindt666 This is not counter strike, nor half life. It is not based on the half life engine, and it does not have a console, thus sv_cheats 1 won’t work. The guy who told you that has tricked you

Yeah, thats what I thought, but I read somewhere that you have to type in sv_cheat or something in the console, but for some reason I have been unable to access the console in Arx Fatalis. Do you know anything about this, or does my problem stem from my own inability to draw these “secrete runes”?

You got it all wrong. Steam does not MODIFY the codes of the game, it only allows you to download it from their servers.

@kakashidixa MEGA+SPACIUM+MOVIS is thy fly spell, but if you want cheat and fly vertically freely, then draw the stair rune 3 times AS SEEN IN THE VIDEO!
Anybody got tips on how to draw these patterns straightly? My drawings kept getting off when I draw them.

arx fatalis for the xbox is SOOOO MUCH EASIER TO DO THE CHEATS THEN THIS

I think it’s been said already a thousand times. You need at least 1.17(I have 1.17)

To cast the cheat MAX for example:
Hold down the ctrl key( or the key you use to cast a spell ). If the cursor changes to a pentagram, then you you are in magic mode. Draw an M symbol with one line( don’t stop drawing until the whole character is created ). Then let go of the mousebutton, and again draw the A and the X symbols as in the video. Then if all drawn well, then an effect shows if succeeded, or not. THEN YOU CAN RELEACE THE CTRL!( if not, then releace ctrl, and again do the procedure )
Ok, for the 10th time. This should work on PC with 1.17 patch or above. It doesn’t matter what language is the patch, because language files do not mess with the spell scripting files. Check your arx fatalis version. If it is 1.17 or above, then there is nothing to do, it will work.
The runes of cheats will not be displayed as you can see in the video.
